Terms and Conditions of Use

We strive to provide exceptional service across all our offerings. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all, please review our booking and cancellation guidelines:

Mobile Catering Bookings:

• All mobile catering bookings require a minimum of 14 days' advance notice.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required upon confirmation of the booking.
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full cost.

Event Space Rental:

• Our Piccadilly Circus space is available for private events. All bookings are subject to availability and prior agreement.
• A booking form and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure the date.
• Cancellation within 30 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• Usage guidelines, including capacity limits and access times, will be provided and must be adhered to. Damage to property will be billed accordingly.

Coffee Tastings and Workshops:

• Bookings for workshops are confirmed upon full payment.
• Cancellations for workshops received 72 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund or transfer to another date.
• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but attendees may send a substitute.

General Cancellation Clause (Force Majeure):

The Daily Grind & Bean Co. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, riots, strikes, pandemics, or governmental action.

Quality Guarantee:

We guarantee the quality of our coffee, pastries, and lunch items. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from our café, please return it within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
